I have no sound in the app!

Check that your device is not in silent mode. The app respects this setting and makes no sound when you are in silent mode.

In the device control center, check that the sound volume is not at minimum. The app's sounds are emitted at this volume.

In the app, please check that you have activated sounds in the «Settings» menu (the section concerning sounds is at the bottom of the page).

Now check again whether you can hear the sound effects in the app, by moving a piece, for example.

If you still don't hear them, we recommend that you restart your device: perform the shutdown procedure until «Switch off» appears. Slide the icon as shown to switch off. Wait 30 seconds for the device to shut down completely. Then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch it back on.

NOTES:

- You can listen to music while you play, as our app won't interrupt it, either at launch or during the game.

- As the sounds in the app have been deliberately recorded at an average volume level, it's possible that some of them may be covered by the music you're listening to. Increasing or decreasing the volume, in this case, is not the solution. You'll need to stop playing the music if you really want to hear all the sound effects.
